The villa

The delightful holiday residence is situated on the golf course where quietness and privacy are optimised also because of the size of the lot of approximately 1300 square meters. The under architecture constructed villa with a living surface of approximately 150 square meters is elegantly furnished and has the following layout:

• A spacious living room with adjacent dining area:
• A fully equipped open kitchen also with an additional breakfast area ;
• Two master bedrooms one equipped with a king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed; each with a private bathroom, toilet and walk-in closet;
• A third sleeping room with two single beds;
• A garage for two cars;
• A private - heated - swimming pool with a large deck of approximately 100 square meters. A part of the pool deck is covered by a lanai fitted with ventilators;
• Full air-conditioning and heating (sometimes necessary in winter); a colour TV and telephone are also present.
