Tariffs *

the rent is inclusive of:

• gas, water and electricity
• local taxes
• greenfees on the four golf courses

• costs of telephone (local calls free)
• cleaning costs of US$ 70,--
• a deposit of US$ 250,--

• 25% of the total rent after reservation
• the balance at the latest four weeks before departure

• renting only per period of one week minimally
• renting period in principle from Saturday till Saturday; other options are possible if occupation this permits
• on day of arrival the villa is available at 15.00 hours and at departure the villa has to be left at 10.00 hours
• the renter is during the renting period liable for all damage in or to the house and the plot belonging to it
• a reservation is only valid for the number of persons mentioned on the reservation ticket. In case of violation the owner or villa manager has the right to demand that those persons who are not mentioned on the ticket leave the house immediately and the renting agreement can be cancelled without the right of compensation
• lessor is not liable for loss and/or theft of personal belongings of the renters
