The villa is located on the Lakeside Country Club near the town of Inverness in Citrus County, one of the prettiest counties of Florida situated just over an hours driving to the North West of Orlando. The old centre of Inverness was built in Victorian style and has recently been completely restored with many pleasant town shops and restaurants. Bordering the town are a number of large shopping malls.

In the park of the Lakeside Country Clubplans for the construction of a new club house and a large swimming pool together with tennis courts are in an advanced stage. These will without any doubt increase its attractiveness. Lakeside is situated on Lake Tsala Apopka.

Citrus County is one of the most popular golf counties of Florida: there are about 14 public and private golf courses.
